items gone !

dear gm.

i login my account this afternoon and found that my knight items and g80 sword are gone. i only found a g60 knight golden boots and potions as well as buff scrolls in my inventory. but i still have my storage items in warehouse. i lost my G80 2h sword +14/13, +4acc, my golden knight helm, armor, short and gloves. But when i login into my character in character choosing page, i still have my items shown there. please help me asap! thanks!. my IGN is Zinc
