Missing mage stuff and knight sword

Hi GMs im missing 2 sets of stuff

Mage Shirahime:
FULL set of g60 prideful darkness armour
G65 Imperial Treasure stick +15 Legendary
lvl 60+ panther
The graphic of the armours are on the character selection screen but when i login there is nothing at all

so i decided to switch to knight to try to get my mage stuff back from mobs but... when i enchanted my knight sword and i dced, when i returned its gone too from my inventory

Knight Saranghae:
G65 1 handed imperial treasure sword +14 Rash

Please help me out with this... your help you be very much appreciated
