Missing Knight stuff

Gm... this time i was hunting for the heads for the lvl 70 quest. when i logged in my ancient tiger egg was gone, g65 kings +14 eb 12 2 handed imperial darkness giant sword is gone, one ring +5 health is also gone, and on top of that, all the heads in my inventory also was gone... please do something about it please... this is really really fustrating for me
