Lost my stuff

Hi ppl i lost my G70 armor, boots, gloves, shorts and g80 2h sword i asked gm daisy and he said i never had that stuff but i had it realy i was getting money for a long time to buy g70 and g80sword but now i lost all my armor and sword now i dont know what to do cause i cant get the money any more.
